“Had never used AD before but my client had specified injection tape..which they offered, I was able to colour match just using the web site which was a gamble but very clear on colours so was delighted when the hair received was exactly what I wanted, lovely high grade hair and fast delivery. Will be using again.”

“I used 2 of the Malibu hard water treatment sachets on my hair extensions. After a holiday abroad my hair had changed tone due to chlorine, sun and seawater. The treatment definitely helped restore the colour again.”

“I ordered a clip on fringe but it was nothing like the colour on the website and went straight in the bin because there were 2 long side pieces hanging limp and the clips wouldn’t stay in my hair. Very disappointed and waste of money”

Hello Gina, Thank you for leaving a review. I can see that you had a complaint lodged regarding the hair that you purchased with our team. I see that this has been resolved but we've received no further correspondence from yourself. The hair and bond itself were found to be fault-free, instead, it was the application that was at issue as these did not appear to have been fitted correctly by whoever fitted them, this was the reason that they slid out from your hair. We would always recommend going to a professional trained in the application of hair extensions to have these products fitted, more specifically, someone who is trained to a high standard in the method of application that you choose. “I don’t believe for one second that these extensions are 100% human Indian or Russian hair sourced from temples. As soon as I received my micro rings and ultra tips I washed them with a professional shampoo and conditioner before having them fitted, to my horror they were coated with a horrible silicone which was washing off a strange browny/greenish colour. It took 2/3 washes before the water ran clear!!! Once they were fitted and blow dried they didn’t feel as sleek and smooth as my previous virgin Russian bonds that I’ve had. Overall I am really disappointed in these and won’t be reordering. I doubt the lifespan of these are up to 12 months as stated.”

Hello Imogen, Thank you for leaving us a review. I've looked into your order and I can see that you've purchased both Indian and our Russian Mongolian hair in two different methods. If you have had these fitted together, we would not recommend mixing two different origins of hair as the texture and characteristics of each are different and may not give the desired effect and could cause problems. This, along with the fact that Indian hair is not sleek, but in fact is naturally wavy, may be the reason as to why your hair is feeling different to hair that you've had fitted previously. Colour run can be normal within the first couple of washes, especially, with the darker brown colours that I can see you've ordered. “Thought I was getting the blue tapes which I’ve used before but green ones arrived which are not the same. Quality not so great and they don’t hold very long. Can you let me know if you have the blue ones as advertised?”

“Hair quality is good and once ordered everything has always arrived on time, only ever had a few issues with the incorrect colour being sent out or the shades not being in stock, have been waiting for a shade now for 3 weeks and it's costing me my business as had to cancel my customer twice due to this issue. I also think it's bad that if your don't order products within a time frame your trade account gets cancelled. However when you ring up the staff are always very helpful.”

In terms of stock, this is something that we are constantly working on to improve, however, at times, due to the length of time in which our products take to produce, we do occasionally go out of stock of certain lengths and colours, we do apologise for this happening and I can assure you this is being worked on by the whole team. This is true in regards to our trade accounts. The rule is in place to protect all current and future accounts from those that are not using the account in a professional manner, however, even if your trade account is closed, this does not stop you from applying again and providing up to date evidence. “I cannot say enough positive things about this product! This is my third order with Additional Lengths and I could not be happier. I use the tape-ins, and they are fantastic quality for the price! The colour is beautiful, the hair is soft and strongly woven onto the connection piece, and infusion tape extensions are generally much pricier, but these are VERY cost effective, for the quality you get. They blend in so well, and last a very long time for multiple retouches. On top of that, the orders each time have arrived incredibly fast and without any issues whatsoever. As long as the price stays affordable, and the quality stays as it is, they have a loyal customer in me for a LONG time!”

“I needed to fix my hair extensions after they became discoloured after my holiday. I had found the Malibu C hard water treatment on amazon but it was going to cost me £30 for 5 sachets and managed to get the same amount for significantly cheaper on additional lengths and next day delivery which meant I didn’t have to look like a pink/orange mess for too long!”
