“Hair rating is a 5:5 However I withheld from ordering from them for around 6 months as I got great so badly on the telephone. I ended up in tears. I rate the customer service on that conversation 0:5 Hair quality 5:5”

“My hair has gone orange at ends whilst on holiday and this sorted it, back to new in 30 minutes!”

Hi Kimberly Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our popular colours are exactly that and whilst we are still making changes to some of the processes we hope in the future to keep a good supply of those for all of our customers, we hope you agree that good quality hair is worth the wait. We don't want to compromise on quality (and you shouldn't either!) which can sometimes lead to small windows of our popular colours having low stock or no stock. Sometimes we have a few packets returned, so it's always worth ringing up and asking to see if these are on the shelf. All the best Additional Lengths

“I ordered the tape extension 9/613 18 inch and feel that there is slot more of the darker colour in this batch. It also seems to be in more definite light and dark streaks rather than the dark & light colour being blended as in the previous batches?”

“Very poor quality hair extensions. The tapes also slid out very quickly, even using a sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. Not impressed and will not use again for other clients.”

“I have always used additional lengths remi cachet hair although recently I have had a set done and feel the hair has changed, it does not hold a curl aswell and has dried out very quickly even with using additional lengths shampoo, conditioner and an oil.”
