“Such Holiday Spirit, professionalism, and kindness was shown to me by your Lynne Temple this past December. My humblest apologies for being so late to comment. My wife and I were just married (a widow and a widower found each other during Covid - long talks and long walks outside) and it has been wonderful. Wanted to frame two special wedding photos. But oops, I ordered the incorrect frame. Frantic as the holiday was approaching, Lynne was the calm in this storm. She quickly air expressed the correct frame which was received in time for Christmas Day! AND said that I could keep the one in my possession. Who does this today? Please note: I donated the difference to a local city food bank in her and your honor. There will be many 'frame-able' moments to come for my wife and I and all will be surrounded by your beautiful frames. Thank you very much. Job Well done.”
