“Fabulous customer service. One frame arrived with a small chip. I phoned and got through very quickly. They apologised and assured me a replacement would be sent by express delivery that day. Replacement arrived the next morning. Very impressed with the frames and the fantastic service. Will definitely use again.”

Dear Marsden, Thank you for your review, once again our sincerest apologies for the delay in receiving your order. Over Christmas we were significantly impacted by courier strikes and reduced services, factors beyond our control. In usual years we try to offer fulfillment up until the day before Christmas Eve - this year this was not possible and even though we brought our final order date to the 19th, our couriers still let us down.
