“Disappointing product. Ordered a £30 notebook expecting luxury quality but sadly it didn't meet my expectations and I've actually had far better quality cheaper notebooks. Turning the pages the quality is evident, the lines on the pages are very misaligned, spine of the book not glued or stitched so folds awkwardly, had a small black mark on the front on arrival which is actually a small tear in the leatherette so it can't be cleaned off and when held horizontally the book is bent and misshapen. Really sad as this was an expensive purchase for me. Have photos for this review but I can't find where to post them - a bit suspicious in itself!”

“Frame is beautiful, but was very dissapointed in what you describe as gift wrapping,i was expecting a nice Addison Ross embroidered ribbon on the box which is shown on your website but received a very boreing white ribbon which can hardly be called gift wrapping”
