“I ordered a yellow salt and blue pepper pot, a small blue scalloped tray and a large yellow one. My purchases arrived very quickly and were well packaged and in perfect order. The colours are beautiful and I love everything. Bins are next on my list 😊”

“Absolutely stunning photo frame as always ! I only ever buy Addison Ross frames, for myself & as gifts, for now, I'd say the last 6 years. I normally buy the enamel frames which are so pretty, when it fits with the interior of my room or if a gift, of theirs. Which I hope shows how much thought i'd put into my gifting. But I have been gifted the silver locket frame (it was on my xmas list), which proudly sits on display in my living room. So I've now just bought the gold version. It is stunning and I know the recipient will love it, as they are a big fan too ! I love your frames and am so excited to open them when they are delivered, so speedily too. Not gonna lie, they are hard to giveaway too, but I'm always a bit chuffed that I've perhaps introduced them to the Addison Ross experience too.”

“Very impressed with Addison Ross. It was the first time I've used them so it's always a little daunting as to the outcome. Well I needn't have worried. The Web site was great and very easy to use. I received my order, a silver picture frame, within a very few days. I could even add the photo from my own gallery that I wanted in it. It was all so simple. The packaging was excellent and obviously great care taken to ensure the product was received in first class order. I can highly recommend this Company. Thank you Addison Ross. “I ordered a 8.5” Chambray Blue round scallop tray. When it arrived, it was not the same blue as the wastepaper basket (bin) I’d bought a year earlier. I emailed immediately and said it was the wrong color and the customer service lady - Lynne Temple - responded with “I am sorry about this but this is how the new stock came into us.” So why wouldn’t this be on the website so prospective buyers know it is a darker blue now? And yes, I can return it for credit, but I have to pay the return postage costs for Addison Ross’ mistake. And then I learn it has to be sent to England, even though the website is in dollars and measurements are in inches, so you wouldn’t guess there was no warehouse in America. I boxed it up exactly as it had been sent and went to the Post Office. The postage cost is $59! This tray was on sale so I payed $99.45, but it would cost me more than half that to return it . I even went to United Parcel Service but they would charge $233.48 to ship it! This is crazy. I realize it's not Addison Ross' fault that shipping is so high, but if there was a warning on their website that the color was now different, I wouldn't have purchased it. However, the company has now responded and solved the issue, so I am grateful for their very good customer service.”

We offer free next day delivery to US, but are still trying to get a robust returns policy in place.
