“Product good. Delivery service not so good. As I work full time I wasn’t home when Dpd made the delivery and they took it to the post office in Alcester. This was extremely inconvenient as I work in the opposite direction. I think you should advertise that the product cannot be left if you are out at work or you should give the option for a product to be left in a safe place.”

“Have brought many frames for myself….. however when I brought a gift to be delivered we encountered problems as a card was not put through the door informing the recipient where to pick up gift as they were not home ….. in saying that they were very happy with the gift when finally getting it .”

“We bought two silver frames which were delivered promptly and the package quality was excellent. Part of the deal was that they would process and install my favourite photos free. I never sent the correct link but they sent by courier twice the number of photos then they needed to do! Will use them again for sure !”
