“Products are excellent quality, contemporary in style but with a classic feel that won't easily date. Products arrived quickly, and were very carefully packaged. I would not hestitate to order from Addison Ross again.”

“I'm frankly shocked by how poor quality these products are. I have a much larger mill that has a metal collar for the grinder. I also have a slightly larger wooden mill that has an integrated wooden collar. However, the Addison Ross mill ––despite being the most expensive by a country mile–– has a cheap plastic collar that frayed in the first 48 hours leading to the mill no longer working properly.”

“I’ve bought so many pairs of these salt and pepper mills and they are always such a success. Wonderful colour choices and lots of different shapes to choose from. The service is always so efficient and polite. And always arrives on time. It would be good to have a place where you could write how many gift boxes you need as I bought 4 pepper mills and they were for 2 people so I wanted 2 boxes along with 2 lots of gift ribbon and there was nowhere I could see where to put this information. But maybe I missed the relevant box.”
