“I recently bought a mill at a Christmas fair and although it was dispatched and delivered very quickly it was damaged on arrival. I emailed customer service and a new mill was sent to me within a couple of days with no quibble. Excellent customer service and I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I am in Australia. I ordered the salt and pepper grinders at about 8pm Monday night my time, and I received them on either Wednesday or Thursday morning. I was astounded at the speed that they arrived all the way around the world! They are a gift for my sister and I am thrilled that they are high quality - though I haven't used them so can't comment on that.”
