“Extremely disappointed. I placed an order and 10 days later still hadn't received my purchase. The only reason I had any correspondence is because I contacted them to find out why. Turns out they had not dispatched my item and then sold out of it, but didn't bother to tell me or issue a refund until I got in touch.”

“I managed to melt the water bottle so had to buy a replacement one. Could only buy it from Addis. I thought the price was quite high and then with the postage on top, it came to not a lot less than I paid for the whole mop. But I was prepared to pay what it cost because otherwise the mop was useless. Still feel the total price was excessive.”
