Purchase a voucher from here. Going through payment was easy although I couldn't see delivery address until after and it had my old address. No way to cancel or call customer service had to either email (which took up to two days for a reply) or book a call back which was allocated slots. Messaged them and got a reply 2 days later and ask for call back. First one I admittedly missed so rescheduled and they never rang me back. Ultimately my voucher was sent to my old address with 3 days so wasn't able to resolve anything before the quickness of delivery. Luckily the new owner has been in touch but not always the case

We're pleased that you utilised our Call Back feature, which is indeed slots based but we typically have 10 call back slots a day and we ensure these do not get backed up. If your voucher had been delivered to the wrong address, we would have gladly cancelled it and provided a prompt replacement. Nice and quick, arrived within 24hrs. Dissapointed that there was no envelope to present them in apart from the one they all arrived in. And as there were no markings on them they all had to be torn open to find out which was which. also personal message on all four gifts ordered was not written as I asked so that no-one will know who they were from.

I’m upset about the charge if my granddaughter does not go back so see results . She is 13 and very bad at doing the right thing ! To the point where I might not give her the gift !

When ordering I asked for one of the two items ordered to carry the names of Ray and Ann for whom it is a Christmas present, unfortunately you did not do so.

I was a but upset with the response I got when I asked if my voucher could be extended. My husband had a terrible fever and had to spend a couple of days in bed. I was asked for proof ie doctors letter. Not very impressed I did explain my Dad is in end off life care with MND. My head has been all over the place since we got his diagnosis.

Booking system is quite long winded but once you get to the Experience you are interested in the details are quite explicit.

Hi Renee, We appreciate your feedback. After reviewing your case, it appears that you initially selected the Mega Choice for Two choice pack, opting for Cocktails and Nibbles at MAP Maison. Please note that customers validate their own vouchers through usemygift, where they enter their details, choose their preferred experience, and submit booking requests independently. There is not much choice for Gastro meals. and the ones you want would not entertain the dates I have requested. Not really Activity Superstore issue but the venue need to honor the commitment they have made.

As we were nearing the end of the voucher period, we had to apply for an extension and pay to do so. It was a little convoluted and it involved the website and phonecalls but we got there in the end. Hopefully it worked but we are yet to do the activity.......

The process could do with streamlining from the customers point of view, you buy them get sent codes that you then have to activate and then you have to contact someone else to book. But the system is not that easy especially if you haven't used the process before. Then even when you go through all this and supply all the codes you have to take them to the events even though you have already quoted them and i guess they have been confirmed as activated etc.

The gift arrived safely but no information was enclosed to tell the recipient who the donor was. I am not satisfied with that. Please check recipients for re informed as to the donor.
