Booking system is quite long winded but once you get to the Experience you are interested in the details are quite explicit.

Gift was perfect only had a few dates available and chose a weekend and was charged a extra £25 for booking witch is not stated clearly

Easy to navigate and plenty of options, but would be better if you could put in your post code to locate nearest activities rather than searching by area.

Was able to spend voucher without any issue. Small time delay before receiving confirmation, but Activity Superstore explained this was down to the venue rather than themselves. Overall, a good booking experience.

We received the vouchers as a gift and were really pleased to use one of the vouchers for a lovely dinner out and the other voucher to make a timeline frame for our lounge. It was easy to book/order and we are very happy with the finished result.

In our responses, we advised that if you were within 28 days of the original purchase, you could contact the retailer for a refund. Received a voucher as a gift that was for a two night break with afternoon tea, was very limited on where actually accepted the voucher using both parts of the voucher which doesn’t say this when buying the voucher as a gift or actually on the voucher it’s self that it is two separate experiences, however customer service for activity superstore was helpful when contacted and sent over a list of hotels that did accept both parts of the voucher so it could be used altogether

It was really easy to book and lots to choose from, I would have preferred a few more choices closer to home, but the choices available were decent, the cheese board gift we received is so cute I love it

The process of registering is over complicated. The choice of hotels is very limited and some of the hotel reviews are not very good. Paid to upgrade, and still very limited choices. Paid again to extend the voucher. Not impressed and would not recommend as a gift.

Been using these vouchers for 4 or 5 years and also buying them as gifts for other people. This years experience we didn’t even bother going on our 2 night stay in the end as there was probably less than half the options left in the book available.whenever we tried to book they was fully booked or no answer, some hotels or pubs didn’t even know they was on the list. Previous years they have been good experiences but not this year unfortunately.

The customer service team were helpful and their response times were really quick. The booking process was super easy! I originally had a spa experience booked but the exchange process was simple and I was able to change it to a cocktail making experience. I look forward to it.

I received this voucher as a gift and it resulted in such a lovely day out with my daughter. There was plenty to eat - all delicious and not only tea but coffee was included as wel which was great.
