“Very difficult to book and even to understand how to book! The original thing that was bought for us was the Kitchen Table Experience but this is just not available and so we have exchanged the voucher but again it is not at all easy to understand how to go about booking. You really need to make things far simpler for people to use your vouchers.”

“I have done a couple of these activities, I do kike them but some are a bit of a night mare to book as you only have certain days. Would highly recommend”

“The photo box came well wrapped and good quality. I would have preferred to be able to change this thoughtful gift from a relative to a photo book the system would not allow this.”

“My self my family had a fantastic day both my son's enjoyed there car experiences and my grandson loved the cars especially the red and green one we went in the BMW high speed lap wow what a blast had a problem with voucher expiry date but this was sorted out quite promptly will definitely be booking again aerial atom next time👍👍”

“Their customer service is faultless. We needed to contact them numerous times whilst attempting to book our 2 night stay, but their replies were quickly received and very helpful. Once booked, we had an amazing stay at The Rugged Cot, and a delicious afternoon tea the weekend after in Glastonbury.”

“Once the process of validating the vouchers has been done ( keep your receipts) the company was prompt to make contact and book the experience in ! There are always several options to improve and enhance the experience as well as options to extend the voucher to give plenty of time.”
