I exchanged my voucher as there were choices to stay on my *dog friendly hotel* trip and certainly not as many as advertised. The exchange process was ok and all resolved now

It's was really easy to navigate your website. Prices, returns and refunds are clearly outlined and easy to follow if needed. We had a two day getaway voucher and it was so nice to see how many options we had in where we could go.

Customer services were very prompt and efficient in responding to queries, however, the web site was misleading. My voucher was a Mother's Day present from my daughter which I had to pay £20 to extend. I completely understood this but when I tried to book the activity closest to me in Cheshire ( the Segway experience) it seemed to be only available from Monday-Thursday. On the web site I couldn't 'click' on any midweek dates to book (despite apparent availability) and was informed that a 'weekend' selection would incur a further £20 (£10 pp). Weekends were the only option - and it just came across as another 'money grabbing' scenario. The actual experience and day itself however was great fun!

The whole process of arranging the activity was extremely straightforward. There was good choice of activities to choose from and the event (vineyard tour and tasting) was enjoyable and informative. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The activity voucher was given to me as a gift so I can't comment on how easy it was to purchase.

I had lost my validation code and I emailed them worried I wasn't going to get my experience day. They responded promptly send me my code, and assisted my in any futher help I needed. Very helpful, thank you.

Customer services was very efficient with both validating my experience gift voucher and exchanging my original comedy night voucher for a Segway experience voucher. The booking process for the experience was very quick and simple. Customer services responded very promptly in booking my preferred date and time. I had a great afternoon on my Segway experience, which was good value for money and well organised.

Hotels we wanted to book were not available so opted to do 2 afternoon teas with cocktails instead. Relatively easy to change your mind and get confirmation.

My original gift was a Steam Train Experience for Two. When I researched online, I found that the nearest heritage railway was over 100 miles away. I therefore exchanged this for an Afternoon Tea with no problem at all. We eventually enjoyed a delicious tea at the George Hotel in Wallingford which was just 8 miles from where we live. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

Living in the far South West of England meant that finding a suitable location to take part in our chosen activity was not as straightforward as the purchaser probably anticipated. However, because the Activity Superstore system allows you to 'research' online without fully committing to booking until you have found the 'right' venue it did take the stress out of the process. Very pleased to say our final choice proved to be a great success - Afternoon Tea at The Kitchen on Silver Street in Ilminster.

The hotel was a disaster, the room we booked was supposed to have a bath and we had agreed to pay a supplement for superior room. We were then moved to a room with a bath but this was not a superior room. This was a present for my husbands 50th birthday and it really spoilt the experience. There were other guests that refused to stay due to their rooms being dirty too. It’s a shame that the hotels chosen to pick from are not up to standard.
