Had a few issues regarding my purchases & needed some help with an exchange due to location & were unable to find a place nearby for my chosen gift for my mum but the customer services team were excellent with sorting out an exchange for me & even told us there personal experiences with the new choice in experience we had chosen & how we would love it! The voucher redemption process was easy and quick. Unfortunately however, my voucher expires this week and I have been unable to book a suitable location for my Segway experience. All of the locations in my area are either not possible for me to make it, or are too far away. Which means I am likely going to be unable to book the Segway experience and lose the voucher.

However, upon further investigation it appears that we did not receive any prior communication from you regarding challenges in finding a suitable location or booking your experience. It is worth noting that your voucher remains valid for 12 months, and we did not receive any correspondence from you until just 6 days before the expiry date. Please be aware that for this experience, we recommend a booking lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. If you still intend to use your voucher, you do have the option to extend its validity for an additional 6 months by logging into usemygift.com, subject to a fee. What a bad company/concept To book an activity you have to give a number a dates - wait 2-3 days for activity superstore to check availability and then email you to confirm no availability for your chosen dates - you then start again and choose more dates - this happened 3 times for us and we still haven't booked our activity - they have now charged us to expend your voucher! Terrible service - terrible concept - save your money - if you want to buy an activity just book it direct with the provider!
