“Great service and it has done the job. Very fiddly to fit but this was our first time doing anything like this. Would recommend, just take your time fitting it!”

“Very prompt and efficient service, arrived in a timely manner. having bought previously from this company I knew it was a good product, but this time the "backing film" wouldn't detach from the main reflective film. After several hours of trying, I decided to try the film direct to the window without detaching the backing film and it still works fine, great reflective qualities. I've looked again at the film and there doesn't seem to be any backing film to detach?”

“All as promised. Yes you do need patience and a steady hand though. Please be aware that the one way only works during the day. At night it is simply see through. Good value for money and overall, happy with the results.”

“The window film I bought is much thinner than the last film I applied 25 years ago, so I was a bit nervous, but it's gone on well and looks fantastic. There are some discrepancies between the written fitting instructions and the video, and the former could be clearer, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Well packaged, really good to have a choice of widths and be able to buy by the metre - I've applied it to an internal door and standard widths and lengths are no use for that.”

“UPDATE: I had a phonecall with Zara and she explained in more detail what had happened and I feel like we reached a good understanding. Frustrations have been dealt with and I'm now expecting my order to arrive soon. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed an order on June 25th and it was shipped on June 26th. On July 5th I contacted the company to find out where my order was and was told they would investigate. I've chased multiple times and kept being told by Zara that she was still 'investigating'. Today, July 12th, 16 days after the order was shipped, she told me she had 'checked the tracking' and that it is on its way to me. I don't know how the process of investigating works but why did it take 10 days to check the tracking? I understand that shipping issues happen but it's disheartening to be met with such apathy and a simple 'sorry about any inconvenience' would've helped a lot. I'm sure it's a great company and the person who recommended AWF to me had nothing but great things to say so even he is confused as to why the response has been so lacking. I hope I receive my order soon but based on this experience I cannot recommend AWF.”

“Delivery was fast and packaging ok. Film quality is good. Would have liked a written set of instructions as I had to rely on videos online. There are various method to handle and prepare the film for application. It is a problem to apply the film if sin hits the glass mid application. Hence the need for advice on do's and dont's.”

“Good product but you have to be spotlessly clean ,had have metre square windows cut to size before less 1.mm all round, very pleased with the results. Take your time and don't rush it”

“My order arrived on time and well packaged. The Decal tape product is a true length but the cut isn't as clean as it could be leaving tiny feathering on the edges when used. Also the tape had a tendency to slip off the cardboard roll, perhapes a re-think on dispensing packaging. But overall, it did the job as intended. Many thanks.”

“Very quick delivery, well packaged Our first experience of using Active window film. Purchased one way mirror film, the video was very helpful, our advice just use plenty of water Need to repurchase as our biggest 3m window was not the easiest to work with, but lessons learnt You wont regret buying this film, it does exactly as described”
