“Tried several times to order some film but failed at every attempt. Left a message to that effect but the only reply then received suggested I had bought something and WFDL were seek8 g feedback. Nothing to add really..... I have tried and failed to buy anything from WFDL.”

“I had no luck what so ever in applying this to my window. I followed the directions to the letter and the end result was a mess. Lots of bubbles, and the film just slid all over the place. I have small panes in traditional style sash and case windows. I had to try to cut to size, which wasn't possible with scissors to get perfect finish, so tried to use a paper cutter which didn't work either. The whole experience left me exasperated and I gave up in the end. Absolutely gutted as reviews say so easy to apply? Well not for me it wasn't! What is left went in the bin. Disaster! This has totally put me off even trying another make, such a waste of money.”

“Called up for a sample of One way mirror film. and asked regarding different opacities, to be told to add to the notes when ordering and they would send one of each. I did that and only one arrived and it was two way not one way, so waste of time and money”

“The site would not allow a debit card payment, or a different delivery address to payment address. I did receive some of the items rapidly but am still waiting for 1 missing item. I have sent a message via the website and am awaiting a response”

“Extremely poorly cut vinyl tape. Looks very rough when in place. So much so that I will not be using it and will purchase another brand of tape for my boat. Looks like it’s cut with an old pair of scissors!!! Not impressed!”

“The sample supplied is of no use to me as I thought I would be getting a selection to compare shades so I will not be placing an order. I do not believe it gives an option when selecting a sample you get what you are given which as stated was very limited, hope this helps. Thanking you”

“Have only fitted the product to one small panel at present, as I'm concerned about the streaks. I'm aware that the instructions say that this will disappear after 2 to 3 weeks, but its a while to wait to find out. Another company with a similar product says to use plain water during the fitting, as I believe the streaks come from the soap added to the water I wondered if this method would work with thecWindow Films Direx product”

“Followed instructions, including You Tube video very carefully. Everything worked and I was happy. Within 36 hours the film peeled away from my bathroom window. Not happy.”

“To be fair it may not be the product but my installation? Either way I found it hard to position and trim. Trying to get the air out with the squeegee I caught the film and put a small tear in it. So I wasn't overly impressed with myself or the product. Sorry for the review, delivery was good and on time.”
