As advertised, this service typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Your parcel was successfully delivered on January 30, which is within the expected timeframe. Order something on a Thursday afternoon, about 2pm, and paid extra for 24hr delivery as I needed the item on the Friday. The package was not dispatched until Friday, meaning it did not arrive until the following Monday, which was utterly useless. I've now got something I don't need.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve looked into your order, and I can see that it was placed on Thursday at 2:28pm, which was 28 minutes after our daily cut-off time of 2:00pm. As a result, it was processed and dispatched on the next working day, Friday, January 17th. The delivery service you selected was Royal Mail 24, which is advertised as a 1–2 working day service. Your parcel was delivered to Glasgow on Monday, January 20th, which means it arrived on time and within 1 working day of dispatch. I completely understand that this may not have matched your expectations, and I’m sorry for any frustration caused. If there’s anything we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Zara

We have bought 1.5m x 10m window film. There are very fine scratches which are only visible when you install the product. I have called the team and they said that I should have checked the product before installing it? First how can you check 10m long product? We just don't have that much space. Even though one has 10m long room, it need to be placed against light after peeling it. Really upset. Asked for refund and requested to collect rest 8.2m and damaged 1.8m. Telephone contact was poor service so now emailed the company.

As stated in our product guidelines, we strongly recommend inspecting all products prior to installation to ensure they meet your expectations. We understand that checking a 10m roll in its entirety may seem challenging, but the film would have needed to be fully unrolled to apply it to the glass. If there had been scratches present before installation, they would likely have been visible at this stage, prior to affixing the product to the surface. The fact that the scratches only became apparent after installation suggests that they were likely caused during the application process. However, we want to assure you that, regardless of the circumstances, we are more than happy to work with you to resolve the matter. We note that you are requesting a full refund but have declined to return the remaining unused film. While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, refunds cannot be processed without the return of the product. As an alternative, we would be happy to provide a replacement roll to ensure you receive a flawless product. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Unfortunately the window film I received was not at all what I selected. I was expecting a white frosted look but got a grey unfrosted version which is not useable. Disappointing

Use other suppliers even if you pay slightly more; you might actually get what you request. I purchased samples to get the colour correct so not to be disappointed with screen to reality texture and tone. All samples requested were dark because my counters are light and I'm not a fan. Until I decide on the remodeling I wanted to basically do a live mood board with paint and contact vinyl etc. After samples arrived I was so pleased I found one exactly what I imagined which is rare. I order what I need but what a waste of time. I was sent Light Oak and I ordered (Dark) Aged Oak. Now usually I would be mindful of mistakes but due to the time of year I wanted my kitchen to be cute and set for the festive season and greeting guests and sadly it wasn't. I now have to wait until they re-open on the 4th January with no one monitoring emails. I wasn't going to do a review yet but at this point I'm channeling "Karen" because I'm a tad annoyed at the level of service and want to prevent this from happening to someone else in the meantime.

Terrible. They do not respond to emails, I wanted my order refunded and cancelled and no response. Still waiting for my order to be refunded. What a joke of a company.

The service from the company was great, ordering was simple, delivery was good, i brought enough to do a couple of windows on the front of my house, I have fitted various window films before so knew what I was doing, for a change I read the instructions, peeling of the film was very difficult and frustrating, stuck to the windows ok but creased in the corner, I then stood outside and looked in and could see through into the lounge, it did not give me as much privacy as I had hoped or thought it would after looking at the website, I have put the rest of the film in the bin and will search for a different product.

Would not buy this again I have been trying for a week now to get the mirror film to stay on the glass I have done everything quoted on the instructions and even checked the video. This is a terrible product as it keeps peling off the glass over night.
