“Terrible. They do not respond to emails, I wanted my order refunded and cancelled and no response. Still waiting for my order to be refunded. What a joke of a company.”

“Although there was an initial error with the order, Zara was very polite, helpful and quick in putting this right. The window film itself is very good quality and easy to work with. I live in an apartment with patio doors out onto a balcony and the sun can be very bright meaning closed curtains on a lovely day. This film has reduced the glare perfectly meaning I get my lovely view back. Too early to tell yet but I'm hoping in the height of summer this will also reduce the heat. Very pleased with the product and a huge thanks to Zara for her help! Hopefully the photo shows how much the glare is reduced.”

“Very quick delivery, well packaged Our first experience of using Active window film. Purchased one way mirror film, the video was very helpful, our advice just use plenty of water Need to repurchase as our biggest 3m window was not the easiest to work with, but lessons learnt You wont regret buying this film, it does exactly as described”

“Fabulous. The products arrived quickly ,with a guide to what items I needed to gather in order to fit the film. The fitting instructions were simple and easy to follow. I was nervous about fitting so I did the smallest window first. I was very surprised how easy it was to fit. I waited until one window had dried before trying the next and so on. I'm very impressed. Photo can follow when it is daylight”

“The service from the company was great, ordering was simple, delivery was good, i brought enough to do a couple of windows on the front of my house, I have fitted various window films before so knew what I was doing, for a change I read the instructions, peeling of the film was very difficult and frustrating, stuck to the windows ok but creased in the corner, I then stood outside and looked in and could see through into the lounge, it did not give me as much privacy as I had hoped or thought it would after looking at the website, I have put the rest of the film in the bin and will search for a different product.”

“Fabulous service and good delivery After I posted my original review (the mistake was mine) Martha from Active Window Films contacted me and asked me what the problem was with my first order. She was so helpful and arranged a replacement order for the correct type of film for my van windows. I was extremely pleased with the way she helped and advised me, it was unexpected but so refreshing I have received replacement film and everything is now great Such customer service is brilliant, I would recommend this company every time Thank you again for the help Martha”
