“The silver reflective film had been on our conservatory a week now. The conservatory does feel a little cooler and there is definitely less glare. My tips would be: 1. I definitely confirm with the instructions that the more water the better. 2. Make sure the glass is really, really, REALLY clean. 3. Be careful when peeling the backing film off. Get someone to help because if backing film creases as you take it off you get permanent "film worms" in the film. 4. Over lap film by at least half an inch on each side to aid positioning. I tried to only over lap by 5mm at first and this made it far more awkward to position.”

“I ordered 2 films which unfortunately came damaged by the delivery company. I spoke to Active Window Films who were very helpful and apologetic who got 2 new films out for the next day. Good customer service as at times things go wrong but its how you deal with them.”
