“Needef to buy the same window film I purchased 9 years ago, as the door it was applied to had shattered. So please that these guys had got the same pattern and not too expensive. Plus free delivery. Excellent service 👍”

“I used the safety film to apply to internal doors - 4 doors 15 panes each. I’ve not used it before and am quite clumsy but I followed the instructions exactly and it went on really well. Miscalculated and needed to order more; it came the next day. I would use again.”

“Order something on a Thursday afternoon, about 2pm, and paid extra for 24hr delivery as I needed the item on the Friday. The package was not dispatched until Friday, meaning it did not arrive until the following Monday, which was utterly useless. I've now got something I don't need.”

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve looked into your order, and I can see that it was placed on Thursday at 2:28pm, which was 28 minutes after our daily cut-off time of 2:00pm. As a result, it was processed and dispatched on the next working day, Friday, January 17th. The delivery service you selected was Royal Mail 24, which is advertised as a 1–2 working day service. Your parcel was delivered to Glasgow on Monday, January 20th, which means it arrived on time and within 1 working day of dispatch.
