“Having asked for the best possible price on a particular product, I received a quote which was inflated and not competitive. I placed the order elsewhere with a significant saving and when Tricel sales contacted me to say they could provide a better price I queried why I had not received a competitive price in the first place. I do not have time to go backwards and forwards chipping away at prices. I expect the best price first time so in this instance Tricel lost a £7800 order.”
