“I cannot espress how satisfied iIam with the service and commtiment from the team at ACL, I was very sceptical at the start and not very optimistic of any kind of result, however Cord and her team have been brilliant and this week i received compensation from the FSCS for my claim. I would highly recommend the team at ACL if you have indeed suffered any loss through wrong or bad advice.”

“ACL was amazingly supportive through what was for me a very stressful time. Cord was tenacious and up-beat; she made me aware of the difficulties with the claim about my mis-sold 'investment' but was positive and always answered my phone calls and my questions as far as she was able. Without her I would have given up on my battle with the FSCS a long time ago and it is down to her that I now have my compensation. Thank you, Cord; you are a STAR”

“THE RESORT GROUP/ROWANMOOR. Well….. how to sum up ACL Consultancy - easy - FANTASTIC. I could stop there but there is so much more to be said. Going into real detail would take days but a brief history (like so many other duped people) is necessary. In 2012 i was approached to transfer my hard earned pensions into a SIPP with The Resort Group along with CIB life and pensions and ROWANMOOR as the agents. Along with about 2400 other unfortunate souls we were embarking on what can only be described as a fraudulent (mis)adventure. Needless to say my private £90k pension pot has been wiped out. However please do not despair - with the team at ACL Consultancy fighting your corner there will be light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Cord ,Hannah and the team will be with you all the way. There have been times when I have been in really bad places thinking how to approach a stable retirement and with ACL fighting my corner I needn’t have worried. Taking on establishments using their big words and empty promises can be a thing of the past. Put your faith and trust in this team. They are brilliant!!”

“Against all expectations ACL (and particularly Cord) pursued what I thought a lost cause and succeeded in obtaining compensation for the mis selling of a pension plan. There were many hoops to jump and Cord not only successfully navigated them but also kept me completely up to date with the processes. She was very realistic about time frames and her predictions of both the time and the hurdles was spot on. It was a lengthy process but ended well. Wholly recommended.”

“ACL were absolutely amazing! I lost all my private pension in a scam, around 60k. Cord worked so hard to get me the compensation, and also made sure I didn’t lose any of the compensation by ensuring it went into another pension, avoiding having to pay off an old IVA. Not only that, Cord waited for payment of her fee for around two years, until I was 55 and able to draw money from the new pension. Also, the fees were very reasonable, far less than many other companies charged.”

“A Massive Thank You to Cord and her Team who have worked tirelessly on my case achieving an outcome beyond my expectations ! After investing my pension some years ago, into an overseas SIPP, mis-sold to me, I honestly thought my pension was lost forever. However, on having my first conversation with Cordula at ACL she was reassuring & optimistic that perhaps all was not lost! ACL took on my case & kept me regularly updated throughout the process and I am now delighted to say, I am overwhelmed with the positive outcome that has now been achieve! ….all thanks to ACL. “I got in touch with Cordula at ACL after my investments went downhill.I completed the first part of FSCS claim myself but got Cordula onboard for the rest.she helped get compensation after the FSCS deemed that the resort group was worthless.she also did all the work against Rowanmoor(support management company)proving that they didn’t show due diligence when allowing me to enter into these investments and also put a freeze on sipp management fees whilst investigations continue.Cordula and ACL are very good at what they do and Cord is a very knowledgeable and professional woman.you are kept updated with every stage of your claim and I personally received everything I invested and more.i would highly recommend ACL and especially Cordula.would definitely use their services again.thank you ACL”

“I initially transferred my pension to a SIPP provider in 2011 in 2023 I was informed by them that my SIPP was of no value and that my account had been closed. I approached ACL Consultancy on the basis that the SIPP was worthless and they advised me to give them all the information relating to the investment and that they would investigate it and respond to me promptly with their comments. Cordula at ACL advised me that in her opinion I should submit a claim to the FSCS to say I was sceptical of success is an understatement as in all honesty I had written it off as a bad investment and it was my own fault. As a result of ACL making an application on my behalf I have received my initial investment back plus interest which I must say I am delighted with the outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending ACL to anyone in a similar position to me. MC ROI.”
