“Ordered some light Yamaha trumpet valve oil from Ackerman Music and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service throughout. From submitting my order to receiving my purchase within 4 days the customer service was excellent as was the purchase price of the oil too which was a better deal than using Amazon or eBay.”

“Whenever I need piano music I ring Ackermans up. They are always polite and very helpful. If the music I want is in stock it is posted to me immediately. If they don't have it they order it in and if there is a problem they always get in touch. Brilliant service”
