“The light works. For a relatively expensive light it does not have as much reach as some cheaper models. The cable on the mains adapter is nice and long. The batteries supplied were flat. Had to replace them. Its not clear whether the adapter will actually charge rechargeable batteries. Its nice to have a case for the light.”

“When it really matters, there's a team of people there to help you. I mucked up my recent order; curse the Associated Board for standardising the designs on their publications. When the order confirmation came through I realised my mistake and sent an e-mail explaining my error. It was all sorted in minutes and the right thing came out in the post to me. There's always a quick turnaround on orders so if you need a piece of music for your next lesson you can get it. I will always happily support a bricks and mortar shop over the alternative.”
