“Great customer experience. When I called up to purchase my first digital piano, the chap was very helpful and knowledgable on the phone and gave me complete confidence in what I was buying. And within an hour of placing the online order, I got a phone call to confirm my delivery date. I always try to purchase from local smaller businesses - for this very reason - a more attentive and professional customer experience”
