“Very impressed with Ackerman Music. I phoned on a query after placing my order, and they knew it was me, without me saying. I just mentioned the instrument. Very helpful. Thank you. The delivery was scheduled for the next day. Didn't get it till the day after that, but this was nothing to do with Ackerman Music, but DHL.”

“Our Choir ordered Introduction to Singing in multiple copies/names. Ackerman were straight on the phone to check that the orders weren't duplicates. I also called them back with a query and they sorted it immediately. Very good customer service.”
