“The order arrived reasonably quickly in good condition. Spoke to a pleasant and very helpful person when I had a question after delivery Received a lot of emails about when delivery was due but tracking could not reach Tuffnell's site so got no tracking info”

“The two books I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Considering they were spiral bound and were shipped to the US makes this all the more remarkable. The spirals were not bent in the least. They came packaged securely and arrived in a reasonable time. I am very pleased with this purchase.”
