“Thanks ackerman for my lovely book, it was nicely packaged, it came on time , My issue is with the postman who left it stood up against my front door on a day when the heavens opened , your packaging saved the books life , no stains , and the crinkles have gone off the bottom of the book , ps , I don't have an issue with the postman”

“I am ordered a piece of sheet music for an upcoming exam and was delighted that it arrived without any delays or issues. Thank you very much for all your help. 😁🎶😁 The envelope was slightly bent on arrival even though it was very clearly marked by yourselves 'Do Not Bend'. That was obviously the postal people. The postman at my door did hand it to me and did not squash it through the letter box so it must have been earlier in the chain. Thank you for doing your best to avoid this at your end.”
