“I hadn't heard anything for a few days after my order so I was a bit concerned about its progress. I phoned Ackerman up and had a very helpful chat with one of the team - she had just set the instrument up and it was being sent. It arrived within a day or two and is fine so far. Looking forward to making use of the instrument!”

“It was very easy to order online & when there was a query over the delivery address I received a telephone message. When I responded to this I spoke to a very friendly and chirpy lady who confirmed she had left the message & knew exactly why I was ringing”

“Had an initial delay to my parcel arriving. However I was contacted by the company after they asked me to leave a review and they suggested how to trace the parcel and when this failed they immediately sent another parcel to me which arrived quickly and safely. Today I received an email from them asking me to amend my previous review which I am happy to do. Thank you.”

“Ackerman Music was recommended by our kids's music teacher. On Ackerman's website, we found the music book we wanted for our daughter. The ordering process was simple and easy. Delivered very quickly. I would like to visit Ackerman over Amazon next time.”

“I would have given 5, if I had not received the warning email, concerning problems with delivery, After I had placed the order! I think that warning should have been issued before, completing the order! As it happened, the music was delivered on time. This was a great relief, as I needed the music before I travelled. So bravo to Ackerman music for the prompt delivery of a very nice collection of early songs. I am very pleased with the book and CD.”

“Ordered a piano book my local bookshop couldn't source. Didn't want to use the big Am... . Ackerman claimed in stock (with caveats) but most had to source from abroad. Ordered out of a sense of curiousity and it dropped through letterbox two days later. Service 5 star but ordering I recall as slightly clunky from memory.”

“I am very pleased with the quality and service of ackerman music.however I was disappointed with the courier service of my second order my first order only took less than 48 hours. My second order took 8 days.the second courier was Yodel Direct I certainly wouldn't recommend or use them myself, .”

“The trumpet BERP was delivered in a timely manner. I, however, had no way of knowing this as the package had been taken in by a neighbour having been left on the doorstep. I had asked for it to be left with a neighbour. The person aware of it was not asked to hold it, and another neighbour saw it, took it in and went on holiday. Anyway, I have it now, and it's delightful.”

“The light works. For a relatively expensive light it does not have as much reach as some cheaper models. The cable on the mains adapter is nice and long. The batteries supplied were flat. Had to replace them. Its not clear whether the adapter will actually charge rechargeable batteries. Its nice to have a case for the light.”
