“As usual, exceptionally happy with my order. I make a point of ordering from Ackerman Music, despite living quite a distance away in Hertfordshire, because of the fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff, high quality products, ridiculously fast delivery and the broad range they have on hand. On more than one occasion I've literally heard an obscure piece of music on the radio, jumped on the website and found it for my instrument, ordered it and had it at my door in less than 24 hours!! And if they don't have it they will help you find it. Can't beat that level of service.”

“Great company fast delivery and the Yamaha keyboard Is great, only minor complaint keyboard only came into its box without a protective outer covering or box, delivery people actually made a big hole in the side of the box and box was rather tatty with mishandling, I'd suggest some extra padding or protection instead of just the main keyboard box, as it could of been damaged very easily.”
