“I bought 3 items recently from Ackerman, and they were all delivered promptly. One of the items I ordered was out of stock at the time (I knew that, but was able to pre-order it anyway), but I left a message with my order to let them know that, if it was going to be a long time before it came in, then I'd be happy to have it replaced with a similar item that had been advertised at the same price. The alternative item arrived along with the other 2, which makes me feel confident that they actually paid attention to my message (I've had other places completely ignore requests like this!). I think this is only the 2nd time I've purchased from Ackerman, but would have no hesitation in ordering again.”

“I was advised by my French Horn Teacher to buy a specific score of Mozart Mozart Horn Concerto No.3 for the French Horn in F to avoid transosing. I found your website very clear and easy to use, and to find the correct music that I needed.
