“I ordered 10 pair's of size 8 boot's for my husband, as he is a landscape gardener, and goes threw a pair of boot's within 2 month's approx. I had a call to say I had to pay vat, cos 10 pair's are not seen as personal use. I paid the vat, no biggy, and I will be using you again.”

Yesterday I received the following: Gisela, We have been advised by our carrier company Fedex, that delivery has now been attempted twice on this order, with nobody available to accept. Multiple cards have been left to advise. 08/07/2014 13:14 Delivery Attempted-Card Left 09/07/2014 13:58 Delivery Attempted-Card Left Fedex are awaiting contact from you to re-arrange the delivery. Please can you call Fedex on 0845 600 0068 quoting consignment number : 42202153921 asap to re-arrange If the goods are unable to be delivered Fedex will return to us, at which point we may be unable to offer a full refund due to the increased costs incurred. Regards Mark Nichols Ace Safetywear Fedex had attempted ONE delivery on the 8th, left an unreadable card. I called to re-schedule and was made felt like a nuisance because of the unreadable card details!!! - managed a re-delivery for today between 12:00 and 17:00 - no more precise time available... ... and now you ask me to rate your product/service before I even got it! FEDEDX DELIVERY DRIVER JUST CALLED MY MOBILE AND DELIVERD WITHIN 5 MINS!!! SPOOKY OR WHAT! THANKS”
