“My issue is with delivery times and how the company deals with complaints over the Xmas period. The holiday delivery times weren't displayed when placing the order. When complaint I got the standard check the website. No empathy or undertaking that it could've been displayed when ordering. Sour grapes on my part.. possibly but its effected my confidence using the site going forward. I paid for a quick delivery and got a two week delay.”

“Great shop sell lots of work wear and good for me as I have small feet and they have a good range of safety boots for me to choose from I’ve shopped here for a long time now and will keep on buying from here top shop . The staff are very friendly and helpful when you need to speak to someone”

“The Jacket is five stars as usual and your dispatch processes are good, and we have at last managed to retrieve the parcel, however Parcelforce delivery has been very disappointing and complicated to say the least, and a complaint has needed to be raised with them due to their stating that they had tried to deliver (we were at home and no card was left and they decided to leave the parcel at a local post office instead of delivering to my home)”
