“Excellent products, delivered quickly and efficiently, always well packaged my only problem is that each time I make an order I always have a problem with WorldPay and so have to use my husbands card, called about this a few times and have been told it must be my card, even though I'd already spoken to my bank & used my card elsewhere on the same day, when I called again staff were not really interested to be honest, although they did remain pleasant throughout”

“I placed the order but didn't receive my item until a week later even though I had paid for 1st class delivery. Thus, I emailed the company to chase up the order, then to be told they were out of stock and the shipping details were incorrect. At least I should have been informed of the delay hence, poor review. As for the item time will tell.”

“I've used Access Diagnostics on several occasions and have always been extremely pleased with the service they provide. Their web site clearly lists items with detailed information such that you can choose the right product(s) for you. Delivery is fast and the items are packaged discretely, which is appreciated when purchasing certain products. They often inform you of discount vouchers by email, which is an added bonus when purchasing items that are already listed at good value prices.
