“Used you guys before and would of given full stars but this time I had to pay extra as in £78 for a tiny mistake I done on the form, you would not send out another form end decided to charge that high price & the young lady on the phone wasn't very customer service polite. Other than that absolute reg are amazing 👏”

“Whilst the service and communication were excellent when the new plates arrived the packaging information said there were 8 pieces of double sided tape included when in fact there were only 4. I cleaned and dried the area to attach the new plates with the double sided tape and all looked good, unfortunately, by the following morning without the vehicle moving both plates had fallen off.”

“All done in 3 days. Staff were fine. Everything straight forward and didn’t need to send them my log book, just got the reg log book sent to me. Less than 5 mins on DVLA to change All in all was quick”
