Wrong registration I asked to cancel two days later and your trying to charge a ridiculous amount to cancel.

Customer service was not very helpful rudely spoken well I was trying to make enquiries I needed help with some advice did not receive it, Not friendly Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this service

Still haven’t got my car plates delivered after about a month, can’t get in touch with Royal Mail and don’t have a tracking number.

After purchasing a number plate on the weekend when they we're closed for business, I realised i purchased the wrong plate. I emailed immediately requesting a change which was the same price. Had to wait until Monday when I got speak to someone just after 9am when they open. Was told point blank could not change as already gone through!

Requested spacing not done. i.e. AB 12 CDE received AB12 CDE. There is a no return policy even though they have not complied with my format

Been days and could not get any email which can proove its mine , they said i can buy plates but technically i cannot buy plates as the dvla still saying these plates are unknown .. abd the worst part i have not got any email which can prove these plates belong to me. Tried to call them but customer service soo rude not helpful ,, I have spend £1000 and its wasted i will definitly be cancelling my order

Plate transfer fine, just don't ask them any questions or order new plates made to be delivered, you won't get any answers or plates sent out.

Bought a reg around £700, then get a call they don't have it. Chose another reg while on the phone to them. Only for the guy to say the new reg is quite a bit more expensive than the first. He puts me on hold while he "talks to a manager" 30 seconds later he tells me they will honour the original price. While on the phone I decided to see how much more the new reg was. Turns out it was in fact £545 cheaper! Then when I mentioned this to him he came out with all sorts of excuses. Just be aware these guys are happy to rip you off.

Very poor took about 6 months for me to get my reg rang multiple times to see what was going on to be told it was being looked into and I would get a call back, I never got a call back, it was only when I'd finally had enough and asked for a full refund that I got my reg a week later

Rang three days was to told no they still haven’t got log book so contact dvla to order a new log book as I was on with dvla to sort new log book got a text to say you had it all the time ? Omg a minute later I would have paid to get a duplicate sent out so stressful

Hi , I'm not usually a complainer I purchased a private plate for my new vehicle which already I had a private pate on it i was unaware I needed to change it back to original through the DVLA ,it's states on your page that your company will take care of that & it will be done within 7 days, iv phone many times & been told the V5 will be sent back so I can send it back DVLA, please check your records & dates as you have taken payments from my account for a few months & the only correspondence iv had is through myself phoning your company, I'm still waiting for my docs
