“I thought I ordered the number plates as well as the cherished number. However, when the number plates never arrived I called up to find that the amount I had paid for the number plates was in fact used for their 'administration fee. I do not feel this was made clear in their documentation when I ordered.”

“Pretty slow from placing and paying for the number plate to receiving the certificate. Which wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't fir a birthday suprise”

“good priced reg, only big downfall they charged me twice for the same reg. said they refunded me waiting 8 days no refund, with numerous phone conversations halifax had to pay me the refund, Halifax now persuing money from Absolute,They just need to improve in there customer service department.”

“Came very quickly and the process was easy. Received a discount with the plates they would take care of all the DVLA works for £35, however when I called they took more money then it should have been. Wasn’t happy about that.”

“The customer service needs a bit of work. I have been in contact with them a few times and I find them very short. The chap I spoke to on the phone had the personality of a brick.”

“The service, delivery everything was fine But I haven’t received the installation kit with the parcel that the invoice shows which is along with the plates. I have mailed them and got a positive response within a couple hours. Everything was perfect until then. I wasn’t unhappy with anything But it’s been almost 20 days now and have not got any kits. and as I already changed the logbook, I had no other options but just to go to someone else for the installation which costs me £30 more. Thats why 3 stars”

“Ordered a new registration for my husbands Christmas, quick and easy service however when I called recently to do transfer and order plates I got no confirmation by email or any correspondence to say order went through or when they would be dispatched. Didn’t find customer service very helpful. Still waiting on being dispatched and on paperwork. Told should have arrived by now but nothing yet. I wouldn’t use again. I got my own plates elsewhere and much better service.”

“Felt I wasn’t fully made aware of the process , I purchased for my daughter who hasn’t passed test so the no plate should have ideally been in my name as going on my car ,,so I had to pay£55 to transfer into my name feel little bit disappointed as it’s quite a lot for a quick service but happy with overall service .”

“Not really impressed . Paperwork went through without a hitch but number plates that were ordered and paid for were never delivered so extra cost involved to acquire new plates elsewhere.”
