Good service, but by the time you add on the other costs, the plates arent really that chesp or any different from any other supplier

Transaction done online and paid but didn’t get confirmation of payment or the transaction was complete, so I did it again as the reg number was still showing up online as available. I made two payments for the same number then called to sort it. The guy on the phone wasn’t too welcoming and didn’t even see there were two payments made.

Sales side of thing was pretty quick and smooth so can't really fault them on that. I did have a question when I noticed missing information on the order which meant I had to call up to double check things went through properly. The phone call didn't feel like it was handled very professionally and felt rushed with the person being pretty disinterested. All in all it was fine as it was just a minor query but was not the most pleasant phonecall. I dropped the stars rating a few because when the certificate came, it was accompanied by a full page "Fully Managed Transfer Offer" which had misleading information with the offer to transfer the registration for me "within 5 minutes over the phone" to "Save weeks of waiting with the DVLA" all for the price of £35.99 + VAT. This is completely misleading because you can do (and I did) the entire process online, in less than 5 minutes for free. I understand they are trying to make some money selling this service but they should NOT be claiming that you "Save weeks of waitingf with the DVLA, call us today". It does not take weeks if you do it online, and the chances are you have access to a computer to do it all online because you place the original order online. Had I not received this "Fully managed transfer offer" full page spread with my certificate I would have given a higher rating, but I don't appreciate the misleading claims in an attempt to get more money from a customer. By all means offer the service, but don't lie to people and claim it saves weeks, when all it does is save some hassle if people aren't internet savvy.

Not happy was charge for administration fee of 65 pounds. immediately seconds after I made an error as application which is not clear. It was take it or leave it attitude. I am retired on pensions so it's very unfair.

Pricing was good. All was included but communication was poor. Didn’t hear anything after purchase. Had to call them to find out what was happening. Had to wait a fair amount of time for the documents aswell

I had trouble getting it sorted out which wasn’t their fault I gave them the wrong thing they asked for. Other than that it was sort of easy. I just wish they’d put some extra details in their email such as when you the customer will get i.e The paperwork or what happens when everything is done. A little bit more information would be appreciated.

I sent the wrong log book but wasn’t informed by them to say that. I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t called. Hoping it goes through quickly now I have sent the proper one.

Easy online transaction. Unfortunately, it takes a while before the paperwork arrives Also using a Royal Mail sign for service is a pain if you work full time.

The service itself was ok, Good communication, The only hiccup I had was my plates I ordered at the same time came in a poor condition, They did resolve the issue and sent some new plates out however they where just as bad but ended up ordering some of eBay instead!

Disappointed that the original number plate I purchased turned out not to be available & the length of time to find me an alternative, which was not really my choice but had to accept it as time was running out for my parking permit.

Buying plate went thru easily enuf, waited a while for retention cert... wen it got here couldn't put plate on car online at dvla, as postcode on retention came with sellers address, tried phoning - their phone lines don't work, tried 3 times to email, eventually got one to go thru, no reply yet, still have new plates, retention doc and v5, all sitting there 6 weeks later......

Purchasing the reg was great but the delivery of the plates had to be dispatched again.
