“Absolutely love my clover bracelet, unfortunately the slider fastener keeps sliding down so I’m so worried that it’s going to come off altogether. I’m going to persevere for another couple of days and then maybe have to return it”

“The products are beautiful, always stunning, and very well made. However the packaging is disappointing. Covered in what looked like orange make up and the others had black finger prints. Not great when you are giving as a gift.”

“Ordered three necklaces, three charms to go on each necklace. I was over the moon with the products as where my girls for whom I had bought them for. My only reservation would be far too much packaging, a box inside a box inside a packet.”

I ordered two gold hearts with chain had the hearts engraved but I am disappointed with the quality of the engraving it's very faint not like the pictures you show on your advertisements.”

“Absolutely love this bracelet. Great quality and good price. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I got a size S/M in the bangle for my little sister and that bracelet is baby size! Beware of that. Anyone over the age of 5 needs a M/L smh. But love the bracelet and the regular packaging is very nice (didnt need gift packaging)”

“Unfortunately the personalised stone came out of my daughter’s pendant and I contacted Abbott Lyon for a replacement. They responded brilliantly, acted fast and my daughter received a new necklace the next day. Thank you”

“I loved the items that I purchased from Abbott Lyon, they are great qualitiy and good prices. There is only 1 thing that I think should happen and that is that the initial pendant should have been put on the chain instead of in a seperate box it would be better for me.”
