“I've ordered my custom made necklace twice as the first time I got it, it broke after three days of normal wear. I was really upset about this as it was a birthday gift for myself and I couldn't even wear it for my special day. After contacting the customer service and sending prof, they were happy to refund the whole thing with a voucher to spend withing Abbott Lyon instead of giving me the money back. This is unfortunate as then I was forced to reorder the necklace despite the fact it was poor quality the first time and I wouldn't probably have got another one if they had refunded me. I do feel a little disappointed cause then I had to wait even longer to get my replacement. It has arrived and so far it looks okay, although it does seem a little fragile and I'm worried it'll break again from normal everyday break. I don't think it is worth the money and I don't feel I'll be buying from here again. I would have appreciated if I had some sort of compensation, even an extra discount or a small item to apologise of the poor quality and a full refund into my bank account rather than a voucher to spend. It looks nice but overall don't recommend.”

“Got a necklace with my daughter’s name on it. Considering the price I thought it would be much more sturdy and thicker than it actually is. It’s very dainty and can easily be broken. Nice thought with name on the necklace. But would have been nice to have thicker necklace for the price. I’ve had thicker necklaces from Pandora and half the price.”

“I ordered a clover necklace for my niece and included a little initial to go onto the chain with the clover, it was smaller than the pic, I was disappointed tbh, it looked nice, but didn’t look value for money £94.00, there was a free gift offered, which was a tiny bracelet, a nice gesture, but I’d rather have had the initial larger.”

“I ordered a necklace and solitaire ring. Yes it was a 2 for 1 offer, but I wasn't impressed. The necklace looked cheap and didn't look a bit like silver, not the silver jewellery I own anyway. When I considered the cost of the ring and the fact I have nicer rings that cost me less, I decided to return both. Well, would love to return them but the return label doesn't scan properly so I can't send them back until Abbott Lyon respond to my email.”

“Received the gold bracelet with the initial and birthstone month of March which is aquamarine. The bracelet and initial is lovely but very disappointed the birthstone heart it looks nothing like acqamarine but blue. Sorry I didn't just order the heart charm in gold because that blue doesn't look at all like the month of March birthstone. But very satisfied otherwise.”

“My order never arrived which is obviously down to the courier Evri and not Abbot Lyon, however my review is here to allow people to make an informed choice when deciding if to order or not. My previous experience with Evri has led me to avoid using them whenever I can. Disappointed not to have recived my item as they did look great”

“The ordering system let us down, The lack of communication was shocking and the system we found was bad, ended up ordering twice and paying twice for a named bracelet that also turned up way too late. Yes we ordered twice as it appeared it never went through the first time! Yes so stuck with a named bracelet that is useless”

“I purchased a birthstone pendant necklace as a Birthday gift, I had selected gift wrapping on the purchase. The parcel arrived within a couple of days and tracking was great, however on opening i found the box wrapped and sealed with stickers alongside a gift bag i had purchased. All looked fine and i was sending on to the recipient, so i packaged up and sent. On receipt and opening, the necklace was inside but the initial and birtstone pendants i puchased alongsode were not. On going to the original packaging (now in my recycling) underneath a piece of branded paper that was in part glued to the base of the box was 2 small flat envelopes with the pendants enclosed. I bought the necklace as one and on gift wrapping had anticipated that the necklace would be presented and wrapped as one or at the very least a note on the email confirmation to confirm that parts may be packaged separately at whoch point I would have known i had to re wrap. Now i have had to ship at an additional cost the other half of the present, which obviously doesnt feel that special for the recipient. This has sadly taken away from the whole purchase and efficienct delivery, leaving me feeling a little disappointed.”
