Ordered x2 bracelets with an offer to find after checkout this had been removed and I only received 1 bracelet. Got in contact and they want me to send back the item, to then reorder and have this resent. Terrible customer service and wastage on postage/packaging!

I have tried to contact Abbott Lyon to return a necklace but despite sending 2 emails as requested on their returns policy I still have not heard back from them, very disappointed

Had a faulty item , took emails repeatedly of the same questions finally got credit note to which I was by law entitled to my cash refund... got something else just to be told I couldn't use the discount code that was on offer??? Why??? Even paid an extra £50 to add to my necklace I got in the end .. Really not impressed

I want to live Abbott Lyon but have had product issues for the past two times I have ordered. A necklace that I had tarnished so bad it looks awful and when they gave me a voucher to replace the necklace with something new I got something engraved and one of this charms came to me completely messed up. I want Tim love their products but it’s getting hard to because of the constant issues.

Daughter lost bracelet as it appears that the clasp broke and it fell off, ordered a new one, stated it would be 5-7 days according to tracker it is still in the UK so quite disappointed, still no sign and ordered on the 13th Feb or just before it can’t remember exact dat, I am hoping this one is stronger

Was really happy Christmas Day with my gifts but by end of January I noticed the doodle ring had tarnished. I contacted the team by chat, but was told I could have a credit note but they don't give refunds. I have had a different item and hopefully these won't tarnish but very disappointed.

Sadly the heart pendant wasn't as large as expected as the photos were deceiving plus the gold chain was extremely thin.

Parcel arrived 13 days after placing order (which had to be re-ordered) because original order went missing. When the order finally arrived- one watch was stunning and the other watch was clearly a used/returned item. It has scratches on the back and dirt marks- and the box was missing the cleaning cloth and clear plastic sticker at the back of the watch. Not in the state it should be for me to gift to someone. Have emailed Abbott Lyon and am waiting for an update on this query. Not a good experience.

The customer service makes up for the poor quality of the products. Had to have 2 replacements for 2 different products. Its embaressing to gift something that becomes faulty so quickly. Will probably avoid in future to avoid embaressment.

Wasn't happy with one of the signature necklaces i purchased. The "i" on the Piper necklace looks like the "i" is missing and just looks like an "R" instead of a "P". Nothing really much they can do as they stated its the font although i personally feel it can be improved. Was offered credit note but jothinto fix the issue.

Ordered x2 initial bracelets with x2 December hanging birthday stone charms. I emailed Abbott Lyon on 23rd December and again on 2nd January after a late delivery to say the charms were no where to be seen. I am still waiting for a response. Initial bracelets are lovely but the charms represent the month of birth and add sentimental value to the present isn’t as good. Also meaning we are out of pocket with no response from Abbott Lyon.

I ordered two items for Christmas and it took 3 weeks to arrive as it was coming from China. The delegated persons did not receive their gifts until after Christmas. Very frustrated with your customer service because it was a chat AI. Will not purchase from your site again.

Disappointing! I paid extra to have it shipped to have for my wife for Christmas. When I noticed it hadn’t shipped I reached out and was told there was a processing error,but promised to have it sent out right away. It was sent out ,but did not come till after Christmas. The box was not taped and looked like it was opened. Everything was in it .I just never thought you would not tape a package that contains jewelry.
