Worst customer service ever

Ordered a custom print necklace. The ordeal to get this ordered was absolutely awful. The customer service team are useless and just added stress to what was supposed to be a cherished peace. They quote 2-3 weeks to have this done and delivered it’s now been a month and I still have no update from the company as to when to expect my order. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere for any personalised jewellery!!!!

I ordered a necklace and it never arrived I’m now disputing this with PayPal for a full refund I won’t be ordering again

Vert disappointed. I ordered 3 items, I received 1 item & have received negative feedback on the missing 2 items. I now have to complete a non recipt disclaimer form. I need answers on missing items asap

I have not received my item still waiting!!! No response over 48 hours not happy with the customer service at all. This was for a present for Friday and looks like I won’t be receiving it at all. Will not be using this company again!!

Not great to be fair, bracelet was too small. Doesn't specify in the ad it is one size only. Tried to return it to address given, package came back address not known. Evri supposed to pick up today, never turned up.

Ordered an item on Tuesday 11th March and by the 19th I had still not received it, although complaining over 2 days (18th and 19th) still nothing and now I have to send you details of evri's whereabouts. I just want my order so that I can give my friend her present. But it looks like even though this is not my fault at all I might not get my package. Very very disappointed in the service.

I've left a review wouldn't.do.anymore business with.yourselves there are so.many other co panties offering the same extensive range and quality of jewellery. I asked for the 2 for 1 offer and was told as it was in 2 different transactions you wouldn't honour so for that very reason I will no longer recommend or.purchase from Abbott Lyon.

Terrible, it’s been over a month and I still haven’t recieved the second half of my order. I even paid for expedited shipping. Everytime I try to contact customer service it takes them a day to even figure out I didn’t get it. Nightmare

Still haven’t received my parcel from Evri very poor service! It has been out for delivery several times & my first order was returned to you 🤷🏼‍♀️Even more disappointing as this was a gift for my daughters Birthday 10 days ago!

Whilst the jewellery was nice they didn’t print the gift message I asked for and honestly it ruined the whole surprise / gift. Tried to complain and they were no help.

I was disappointed with quality of the product I ordered. I ordered a little jewellery case and paid for the personalised gift bag. When I received the products the quality of them was very poor considering the price they charge. This isn’t any sort of luxury item, just a big standard jewellery box you could get from any high street. I reached out and the customer services basically told me I was wrong and were no help at all. Don’t waste your money.

Awful experience - product missold , nothing like the picture on the website , completely different colour . wanted to send back but told no for Health and safety reasons as they are earrings ? they are not what i ordered ! feel very mislead and out of pocket for something i don’t like as it’s not what i bought

I would like to be able to write a review but my parcel has been stuck at the delivery depot since Monday. I contacted customer service and was told the tracking has been updated so it’s “great news”. Not really as not changed for 5 days.

Bought 2 adjustable rings with the eye in the middle and both lost stones within a week !Considering how long they took to make the rings it is a real shame the stones disappeared in both rings within a week .Not sure on any other jewellery as I only got the rings .wont by from there again though waste of money .

Ordered birthstone & initial bracelet for 21st Birthday, arrived with only initial on bracelet, birthstone pendent missing. Emailed customer services, several days later still not resolved due to the length of time for Abbott Lyon to reply, very frustrating as will not arrive in time for Birthday now. Cannot find another way to contact them other than email, have sent them my contact number days ago, no one has rung me.
