“Extremely upsetting returns experience. Eventually offered a refund and a voucher as compensation for the bad experience. Neither arrived. When I chased this up I was at first told even though they had my returned product I was not cleared for refund and would also not be receiving the voucher. I have now been promised refund but no voucher.”

“Jewellery items ordered were for a gift. But look lovely, loved the packaging. Only received the one item initially but when I emailed I had a prompt response to explain that there would be a delay with the second item as it was a name it would take longer to produce. Arrived few days later. Happy customer.”
