“The jewellery is pretty but it is for young people as I purchased the photo locket for my aunt and you can't easily open the locket and the chain is so small it's hard to use the clasp to put on and off the jewellery is made for young people with small hands and fingers.”

“I will never buy again from this company. Customer service non existent. Insurance rested a customised piece of jewellery for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I received it yesterday - 20 days after ordering. I missed her birthday which was 5 days ago. Customer service never got back to me despite 3 separate attempts to ask them to deal. Never again.”

“Can't get a hold of customer service. I ordered a name necklace which appears to be stamped out of the metal on the wrong side. The shiny side is on the back and the dull side is on the front. Would just like it replaced but I can't get customer service.”

“Ordered a ladies watch which never arrived. I chased them up to which they said it had been dispatched. Checked tracking no and it is with courier on 29th November and has not moved! Was told today (5th December)it would be delivered on 3rd December. Still not arrived. Totally disgusted!!”
