“Beautiful Jewellery, packaged & presented very well, got a gift for my sister with photo, only thing is locket very small but got photo in, kind of hard to see would of liked the locket a little larger, but still very nice & would highly recommend your jewellery, also bought a few other pieces, beautiful,”

“Ordered x2 initial bracelets with x2 December hanging birthday stone charms. I emailed Abbott Lyon on 23rd December and again on 2nd January after a late delivery to say the charms were no where to be seen. I am still waiting for a response. Initial bracelets are lovely but the charms represent the month of birth and add sentimental value to the present isn’t as good. Also meaning we are out of pocket with no response from Abbott Lyon.”

Unfortunately their was a delay in tbe delivery however this company went over and beyond in keeping me up to date with the progress of my delivery which was extremely helpful.
