“My order was not good pendants ordered was not part of my order”

“Ordered bracelet on 23 July 23, still not arrived 29days and counting. Contacted by email 3 times get the same automated reply just signed by a different person, live chat never available…. Absolutely disgusting service !!! A Mickey Mouse company !!! Don’t buy from them !!!”

“The 1st Necklace was incorrect and the second never arrived. Customer service inconclusive the second time round. No one seems concerned that I have not received the necklace for my daughter who has recently lost her baby girl . It had the name of her baby . Fighting losing battle with Evri . Won’t be ordering or recommending this company”

“I placed an order in July as a birthday gift for a friend's birthday in August. The item has yet to be dispatched despite delivery stating a maximum of 11 days. I have contacted the company several times and still have not received an update from them. Terrible customer service!!! Avoid at all costs!”
