“Delivery using EVRI courier never arrived”

“Forgot to book express delivery at check out and only noticed when further marketing emails received counting down the hours until the deadline tonight. Disappointed that although I only purchased today and was still within the deadline to book express delivery, I received a message to say my delivery choice couldn’t be amended. Asked if I could cancel order and then start new order to be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas but then received no reply. Will miss the deadline for Xmas delivery now. Of course I expected to pay and totally my fault but very disappointed.”

“Next day delivery isn’t next day. It’s a ‘we will give it to a courier and they may deliver it at some point, but we did our bit so byeeeeee’ Customer service is terrible. You get generic, copy pasted emails that don’t even get a read through for seeing if they make sense. No chance of a refund any time soon either.”

“Bought a double initial necklace for my daughter, it arrived today, it really is beautiful the packaging it lovely as well, I could not be happier, I'm sure it will be her favourite gift that she opens on Christmas day. The customer service is excellent, the tracking on the delivery was great, I got a discount when ordering which was a bonus but it is certainly worth the full price, now I know the company, I will definitely be buying from them again. A+”

“So upset that I ordered something early December for an Xmas present and there saying it won’t come before Christmas after speaking on live chat yesterday why advertise Christmas delivery if it’s not going to happen such ashame first time using you , not sure il be using you again and whoever I spoke to must of been on repeat couldn’t even cancel my order even though it’s not made yet”

“I placed an order during the 2for1 sale and immediately upon confirming order realized that the discount code didn’t apply at checkout. I immediately began a chat to cancel and place the order again using the discount code and was told this was not possible. That is entirely mindblowing to me and I will never purchase another item from this company again.”

“Ordered a name necklace, the letters defo look bigger on the pictures and on the advert on tv, ordered a longer chain but it’s come on a smaller length chain but looking at the reviews I won’t bother complying caus they ignore you, sorry won’t use them again. “Don't get me wrong the quality of the items was lovely, but first time my extra item and custom gift box was missing. Then after finally getting the missing items sent out, the gift box was shoddy and not put together properly. Just not what you want when buying a gift and spending that kind of money. Definitely won't be buying from here again”
