“Still don’t have my items have emailed customer service who still haven’t responded absolutely shocked at the customer service this is the second time the same thing has happened been waiting well over a week with no dispatch details or tracking . Avoid buying from here”

“Had to reorder a charm because the first one I got in February completely tarnished. It was a gift from my boyfriend for our first valentines so I wouldn’t have reordered if it wasn’t sentimental to me. Waited absolutely ages for delivery too. Jewellery is nice but expensive considering the quality is medium.”
