“I started by buying a present for my sister based on a recommedation from my daughter. I then received a text from my niece who had seen the piece I got my sister and her mum had admired it, so she wanted to get it for her. I am now in love with this jewellery and told my partner what I wanted for Christmas! The customer service I received on personalised piece (finger print from my new granson for my daughter) was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much in trying to get his little print.... I will continue to buy gifts from your range for people and hope they get the message that I love it too!”

“Would not use ever again. Jewellery eventually turned up 2 weeks later than it was supposed too. Missed the birthday it was bought for. Customer service was shocking. All I got was scripted responses which was absolutely no help. Asked for a refund on several occasions which just got ignored!! Like I said ....I will never use again”
