“the Jewellery all arrived and was perfect. however, the gift extras of the gif bag and stamp did not arrive even though order status says fulfilled. I have tried to contact customer service and there has been no reply and there has been many days since the order. I am very dissatisfied with this”

“Terrible customer service, tried to return an item apparently its engraved with a single letter, which can be reused, but they say it's personalised, if it was a full name I would understand, but not the letter A. So no I don't recommend”

“I purchased a chain and gift bag that I paid extra for on 27.07.23 for a birthday gift on 23.08.23, but did not receive the gift bag. Very poor customer service as still waiting on a response as to whether I'm going to get the gift bag posted out or not. Tried a live chat a few times but never available.”

“I ordered a custom name bracelet as a graduation gift. The website outlined that it would be delivered within 12-15 days as it is custom made. I received it in 19 days and when the bracelet arrived it was missing the birthstone that I specified to be added to personalise it and add some colour to the bracelet. I had read good reviews but based on my experience I feel that if something is being hand made and takes that added time to make sure it’s right, you would expect to receive it as it was ordered.”
