“I ordered a necklace in December it was a gold plated chain with a heart. I received a teebar chain. Got in touch with Abbottlyon to explain I received the wrong necklace. They apologised and said they’d send me the necklace I had ordered. So they sent me out a replacement which was another teebar chain. I’m now sending them both back and will never order from them again. It’s been a total nightmare, I don’t even think the original necklace I ordered even exists. How can a reputable company get it wrong twice. Never again.”

“My husband ordered me Custom Name Tennis Bracelet (Silver) - S/M and honestly i am so disappointed in how bad the quality is on that bracelet. it's like kids jewellery it is clasps which are like the stretchy bracelets you'd get as a kid and i'm so scared to wear it as it catches constantly the letters are nice only reason it got an extra star. the chain and stones are just awful. also he paid £10!!!! each for the birth stone hearts they are to small and just glued in plastic! not even an actual stone! i almost cried when i opened it as i got the bangle and it is amazing soild and great quality and then spend £100 more for tat!”

“For starters, the lady loves her bracelet. I went with the Gold Charm Bracelet. I picked three charms and plastered them on there. She loves it! The bracelet is sleek, beautiful, and minimalisitic. She has tiny little wrists and it fits on them nicely with a ingenuintive locking mechanism. I placed my order on Dec 6 for a xmas deliviery. Unfortunately, my parcel was lost in shipping. Abbott Lyon was quick to email me and let me know of this and gave me a couple options. I opted for a half refund and for another bracelet to be sent my way. The new bracelet arrived shortly after xmas, but it was so lovely that all worked well. I really appreciated my experience with Abbott Lyon and expect myself to return in the future for any jewelery needs. Thank you!”

“Husband purchased necklace with my name which happens to have 6 letters. Loved the look on Gemma Owen and Stacey Solomon hence why I chose this one. However once necklace on letters go upside down, never the same way so your name isn't readable!!. Have been told by Abbot Lyon that's how it is!!! Not happy at all.”

“I bought two anklets for my Christmas. If you have small ankles do not buy, the length is far too long & only one hoop to attach. The charms, easily fall off as they aren’t attached. Definitely wouldn’t buy this product”

“Just WOW ! I was absolutely delighted when I received my parcel today. I paid an extra £17 for the box with my friends name on it and it was worth every penny. It really is so impressive. “Charm Builder Necklace - the charms attached to the necklace do not stay in position and turn with either the back of the charm showing or the charm upside down - the initials charms I picked are upside down 99% of the time. Apparently it’s the nature of necklace - would not recommend.”
